Join us for our quarterly Lunch & Learn to learn what you can do to protect the water that powers our community.

Keep it clean.

Water quality expert (Lisa/ Stephen) will talk about how chemicals used to fertilize, kill weeds and fight spiders end up in the lake, and what you can do instead.

Use less.

A Conservation expert  will talk about incentives for installing water-smart features in your home and business, and provide tips for using less water in your landscape

Xeriscaping is not just rocks.

A Master Naturalist expert will provide examples of specific plants and grasses that will be beautiful, without draining your pocketbook or the lake.

We’re extending our school supply drive through our August Lunch & Learn! If you’d like to help local students start the school year prepared, you can bring your donated school supplies with you to the event.
