Performs clerical functions and computer operations necessary to fulfill and collect for the District’s services, including: Recordkeeping, billing and collecting Operating office equipment Interfacing with the public on billing and collection matters and complaints Preparing correspondence, work orders and service requests Filing, inventory maintenance, office housekeeping, and mail handling Assisting the Senior Billing Clerk when required
