At our Annual Membership Meeting, we celebrated a year of growth, new partnerships, stronger programs, and continued momentum for our business community. We also welcomed four new directors to our board who will help guide the Chamber into 2027. More information about our new board members can be found below.

As we look ahead, we are continuing to improve how residents, visitors, and businesses connect with local information, events, and opportunities while working with regional partners to strengthen tourism and promote Kingsland and Lake LBJ.

We're also excited to introduce our new 2027 event bundle and sponsorship opportunities, as well as enhanced membership benefits designed to help businesses effectively plan their marketing dollars for the entire year while maximizing visibility through Chamber events and initiatives. More information is included below.

Thank you for your support and for helping us continue to grow a vibrant business community and destination we're proud to call home.

In Memoriam

Our Chamber community lost two beloved leaders recently. Our hearts ache for their families and swell with gratitude for their many contributions to Kingsland.

Mina Martin served on the Chamber and Keep Kingsland Beautiful boards, organized cleanups, donated staff time to clean up the Park, and made the beautiful Cedar Skies Barn at Log Country Cove available to the Chamber and many other community non-profits. A more complete tribute is here.

Kevin Todd, whose son Mitch is on the Chamber Board, was always ready to sponsor events and provide support. He mentored his employees as if they were his sons and left a strong business and legacy of excellence. A more complete tribute is here .

More Opportunities to Highlight Your Business: Visit Llano County

Llano County is investing in tourism marketing to support all businesses throughout the County and to highlight all we have to offer.

The goal is to encourage more people to come to Llano and stay a while, which boosts revenue, turns into repeat visits, and turns tourists into loyal folks who call Llano County their home away from home.

How can you connect to this additional free resource?

  • Follow @visitllanocounty on Facebook and Instagram. The County is eager to share and amplify content from local businesses that will interest potential visitors!

  • Tag the @visitllanocounty account and the @visitkingslandtx account on social if you have events or information that would be of interest to local visitors. The County team can help create visibility through their website, online accounts, and more.

  • Reach out directly to the Visit Llano County team (natalie@phloxpartners.com). They want to be an additional resource and partner to help grow our reach and ensure we have visitors coming to our area, staying in our local hotels and short-term rentals, and spending their money at local businesses.
