purchase.  As a vital cultural, educational, and informational center, the library is a welcoming space where

However, the library's incredible potential can only be fully realized with extra support. While the county 

budget funds the basics, many vital programs, resources, and improvements need additional funding. That’s 

where Friends of the Kingsland Library comes in.  We provide contributions that directly fund resources and 

programs not covered by the county budget. 

How We Support the Library

Friends of the Kingsland Library (FKL) is a dedicated group of individuals working together to extend the 

Kingsland library's reach and enhance its services. Through our efforts, we help provide: 

• Financial Contributions: Dollar gifts that go directly toward purchasing resources, books, and 

technology not covered by the county budget. 

• Program Sponsorships: Funding for enriching programs that bring people together and provide 

educational opportunities for all ages. 

• Volunteer Support: Your time and energy as a volunteer help ensure that the library runs smoothly
