SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas is seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Marketing Representative / Project Coordinator to join our team. This position combines business development and relationship management with coordination and administrative support for restoration projects.

Marketing & Business Development

• Promote and sell SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas restoration and specialty cleaning services within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Make regular in-person visits to current and prospective referral partners using a route-based sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase referrals.
• Participate in networking events, community activities, and local business functions.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, appreciation events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, appointments, and marketing activities.

Project Coordination

• Assist with coordinating restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.
• Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project.
• Schedule appointments, inspections, services, and follow-up visits.
• Monitor job progress and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Assist with gathering job documentation, photos, estimates, authorizations, and other required paperwork.
• Follow up on outstanding information, approvals, and customer needs while helping keep projects organized and moving forward.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, project coordination, insurance, commercial cleaning, or restoration is a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Salesforce Marketing, is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
